Time management app
The idea here is-- first the client splits their exact number of waking hours into goals categories, and then the app creates a daily/weekly schedule for you based on how much time you want to spend per category per day.

Street corner recycling
How hard could it be for us to come up with the following... "garbage" machines to automatically detect and separate plastics and papers, electronics, and compostable matter.

The Secret and Tony Robbins
Why aren't Tony Robbins' teachings taught in schools? And the law of attraction.. though that one I could understand as being considered too new agey religious for school, but there is no reason for children not to be taught a la Robbins to create a magnificent life starting out young!!
Much needed revolutionary public-bathroom problem
Make those paper seat covers the actual right size of the toilet bowl! Can't someone easily do this, how has no one thought of it before?!
